Beach Body PreDay One Part 3

Oh boy, so part 3 wow, really thought I would have started by now.  One thing I will say is I have been moving a lot more.  My steps are the highest they've been since I started tracking.

I spent the day, meal planning which was a pain the ass because I had to put everything into Fitness Pal to see if the caloric intake would be right.  I do feel confident I have four strong days of plans.  Four because tomorrow is Memorial Day and I already know I'm going to a friend's barbecue.  I'm not going to even lie and say I'll stay on track food wise tomorrow because I know it would be just that, a lie.

I did take those "goodbye" photos today and boy that was brutal.  Measurements were also taken and that was not fun either.  I'm the heaviest I've been since being pregnant with Tatum.  I'm actually pretty surprised how well I'm handling it but deep down yea it bothers me. I just keep trying to push those yucky thoughts down and remind myself I'm making changes and it won't be this way for long.

So tomorrow, I start a workout day one and then we pick up from there.  Wish me luck!
